Lyndy-Loo's Cup Cakes

With all my craft ideas it's no wonder it spread over to my love of cakes.  It's surprising the reaction you get from adults with child like cakes, guess we are all children at heart.

Cup Cakes Recipe

Cup Cakes  (magic mix)

Ingredients:

8oz  (200g) Margarine/butter

8oz (200g) Caster Sugar

8oz (200g)  SR Flour

4 eggs

Method:

Pre-heat the oven to Gas 5 or Electric 190

Place paper cases into single cake tins/muffin tins

Put all your ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk together until light and fluffy

Divide the mixture into the paper cases and put in oven for approx 20 to 25 minutes until the skewer comes out clean try not to open the oven door too often, as the cakes will not rise properly

When your cakes have been cooked and are cool decorate them with all manner of sweetie things, e.g. rolo’s – jelly beans – icing – jam and butter cream – alphabet letters – flake – silver balls – chocolates – fudge – flying saucers etc. etc. etc.

Most of all ENJOY !!!!
