My Knitting +

My little clowns

Perhaps not so little, they were great fun to knit using up all manner of small amounts of wool.  I knitted a total of three in the end, the Painter, Time for bed, and the holiday maker.

Iris the Teddy and my Special Doll

Iris the Teddy was a knitting pattern I just could not resist, she was named Iris as I was knitting her at the time I lost Iris one of my best freinds.  The Special Doll is the only doll left from my childhood, she has bloomers on and knitted bonnet and a Crochet dress.

Two of my Hand Bags

Knitting is for all ages and all abilities.  I have never been a one to conform to actual patterns, I like to do my own thing.  Just like the handbags.  I knitted an oblong, folded it in half, added a lining and some handles and hey presto one handbag.  Why not give it a try there are so many wonderful wools on the market right now.

Kids knits

Don't you just love showing your children up.........  Oh no, mums been knitting again, do we have to go out like that?

Christmas project

It would be very unusual for me to be able to do just one of anything, one Christmas project turned out to be no different.  I had a run on dolls dressed in crochet dresses.
